Welcome to Woodgrange Infant School Parent Teacher Association (reg. charity 1050771).
The PTA works throughout the year to raise money for the school. It functions solely on the goodwill of the parents and teachers who volunteer their time to make each fundraising event a success.
Having a PTA is good for everyone. We bring together parents, teachers and others from the local community who are interested in supporting the school, providing an opportunity for everyone to work together, to co-ordinate fun events and to raise money to benefit the school children.
We strive to ensure our fundraising events are varied and enrich our school community.
In the last year we have organised cake sales, quiz nights, film nights, Yr 2 Leavers BBQ, our Summer Fete and a Winter Bazaar. We are always looking for new and fun ways to get everyone involved and raise funds.
Our hard work pays off! Last year we funded the installation of the woodland musical instruments and are currently in discussions with Sarah about this year’s donation.
Each year, we also provide every child entering Reception with their new book bag which they will use every day of their school life at Woodgrange.
We are always looking for parents to come and join us. If you are interested in joining us to help, even if you only have a small amount of time available, or would like more information then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message for us in our pigeon hole in the main office.
We have also set up a facebook page where we will share upcoming events and information which is:
